My first time in Nashville and I wanted to experience everything. The hotel's location was perfect - quiet yet close enough to downtown. The shuttle service to museums and restaurants was a big help. The manager and front desk staff were amazing, quickly resolving any issues and even providing a complimentary meal and drink. The entire staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, was friendly and helpful. The courtesy shuttle into downtown was a great bonus and saved us money on transportation.
